Sandra Carter
Dear sister of mine, words cannot express the deep hurt of your passing. I'll never get to hear you fuss at me, then say come here "Baby" let me tell you something (I'm sorry Sandra I'm not going to do it anymore) : ) Your faith was one of a kind it was My inspiration and motivation as to where I want mine to be with God (unlimited Faith). You had the kind of faith that you didn't know how to doubt God. I remember praying for you in Savannah when you were extremely ill and I asked God to heal you, and I remember in a very soft febrile voice you said Sandra, I'm not sick and I said Amen!. You were my big sister, now you are my Angel and the best Alto they've gained. My heart hurt's but I'm thankful God allowed us you for so many years. Rest Betty, No more pain and sing your favorite song "I know the Lord will make away, Oh yes He will". Love your Baby Sister Sandra

Sister Betty, we, the membership of Hightower Memorial Temple, will always remember your faithfulness to the church, and the music department. You were such a sweet spirit. "Well done, good and faithful servant; you have been faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord".

Betty Carter...when I joined Choir # 2, Mother Carter had to stand next to you as an Alto and she later moved me to back, you never said a word but you looked at me and I knew I was messing up. Your legacy to me is to remain Faithful and never quit...powerful. I am so very Grateful to have known you. Everytime I watch HMT Choir now, your singing spirit will remain my heart. Thank you Betty
