Verlene was a sweet, beautiful, caring cousin who was very dear to me. She had the kindest heart and spoke the gentlest words. She was the epitome of a Proverbs 31 Woman of Virtue. She had a genuine noble character which showed itself in the dignified way she always carried herself. She was fun to be around, down to earth, humorous without being mean, truthful without being spiteful. Her lovely smile will linger forever in our remembrance of her. I am praying for the family and friends. May we find comfort and solace in her precious memories.
