Mrs. Mitchell was an awesome person. Many times when you need assistance in an office the personnel can be less than nice, but that was not Mrs. Mitchell. I am so thankful she had the opportunity to enjoy a brief retirement period. May the works she has done speak for her. My cousin Deborah possessed the Winfield beauty and charm! Her legacy holds much grace, wisdom, sincere interest and benevolence. My mother loved this woman and it was mutual.
